CiCON Systems was formed in 1992 as specialists in the supply and installation of bespoke Estimating Software for the construction industry.

Since then we have expanded to cover a wide variety of areas in IT, ranging from single PC builds to onsite support of complex SAN and server systems.

Are you open at weekends?

We are open on Saturdays from 10am – 2pm only.

Can you do a same day turnaround?

Unfortunately due to requirements for parts and scheduling of work, most jobs require us to have your computer for more than one day.

Do you work on both Windows and Mac systems?

Yes, we work on both Apple Mac and Windows based PCs

Do you repair devices (iPads, phones)

Yes, we do repairs to iPads and various phones

Do I need to book an appointment or can I just drop in?

You can just drop in, but if the repair is urgent, booking is preferred.

Can you recover files from a broken laptop or hard drive?

Yes we do data recovery

What should I do before bringing in my device?

Backup any valuable or important data. Ensure all associated power cables/chargers are supplied.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

There is no diagnostic fee.
